- Channel Partners (VAR and System Integrators) must have proven background in one or more of the following areas: Document Management, Document Composition, ECM, Business Process Management, Capture Software, Content Management, document archiving and retrieval Electronic Record Management, E-mail Management, Forms Processing, ICR or OCR, Business solutions (Healthcare, Insurance, Mutual, banks, credit unions and financial companies).
- Proven ability to provide value added services including hardware and software configuration, implementation and support plus ability to offer frontline level 1 technical support
- Experience in providing integration with existing infrastructure and application integration to ECM and Business solutions.
