Business Document partners with Ateb to co-host Ateb’s 3rd client annual meeting.

5 December 2013 - UFF uses Bdoc Suite to improve its customer relationship management

Previously, our 897 consultants used printed forms. It was a fastidious process, as they had to prepare their documents in advance and these were heavy to transport. “A consultant had to demonstrate the ability to think ahead, as we manage around a hundred official forms related to the funds we distribute. They had to take the right form to the meeting or risk making a mistake,” explains Yvan Bacon. “The forms also had to be up-to-date; we wanted to make them more dynamic, as they embody the relationship.”

The consultants have tablets and UFF wanted to give them the chance to edit PDF documents after meeting their client. We wanted to give our consultantsa business tool which allowed them to improve their performance and carry out business processes without stress when they are with clients.
