#SCANNED DOCUMENTS

BDU integrates all your scanned documents, whatever the scanning method. To improve productivity, BDU integrates LAD/RAD functions for automatic classification and indexing during document integration.
Upon document integration, document processing can be triggered according to defined rules.

#EMAIL SCANNERS

Business Document Unity automatically captures email (and fax) objects from your inbox. By configuring its connector to the Exchange server, e-mails are automatically captured and indexed. Management and processing rules are proposed to ensure the processing and distribution of emails or attachments.

#OUTGOING COMMUNICATIONS

Documents produced by BDU’s CCM modules are natively captured and integrated into the platform, providing a 360° view of customer, member and employee files.

As e-invoicing regulations approach, BDU offers you the possibility of automatically capturing and integrating e-invoices that comply with the X-invoice standard.

The invoice is archived, automatically indexed, and the accompanying documents embedded in the PDFA are archived and linked to the invoice.

Business Document Unity enables users to integrate MS Office documents whenever required. Whether from MS Word, MS Excel or MS Outlook, users can use a plug-in to integrate documents (or PJs in the case of email) into the BDU platform. The document will be integrated by applying the archiving policy defined by the metadata entered. A document workflow can be triggered to process the email.
